Really loved this series in Season 1. It was smart, interesting and had great character development. The backstory was poignant and well done. Season 2 was good but strayed a bit into soap land. Still enjoyed it and it kept me guessing. Season 3 has totally deteriorated and feels as if I've gone back 30 years to Days of Our Lives. In my opinion, it's just lost its way and the characters have become caricatures. And what happened to Emily/Amanda clearing her father's name? I understand that the idea is she's lost her way and it's all about 'revenge' now... but the heart of the story - the essence that brought me back every week is gone. I'm bored of the drama for the sake of drama. Most frustrating of all is watching Nolan - my favorite character - reduced to a naive guy who always gets taken advantage of. I must say that if you enjoy soaps, you might like this and find it highly entertaining. I just am having a tough time watching anymore.
